Privacy policy

Little Things is published by PRUF LABS LLC. It helps you remember people, gift ideas, personal details, and important dates. We do not operate a separate app account or data server, receive your private library, sell app data, or include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Your library
By default, the people, photos, dates, gifts, and details you save are stored in the app on your iPhone. You choose what to enter. Photos you select through Apple's photo picker become part of that library. You can use Little Things without enabling iCloud sync.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable Sync with iCloud, Apple stores and syncs the library through your private iCloud account while the app keeps an offline copy on your iPhone. That data is then stored beyond one phone, but it is not sent to PRUF LABS LLC. Apple's iCloud terms and privacy practices apply.
Turning sync off keeps the local library. It does not promise to erase a copy already stored in iCloud. An unavailable or changed iCloud account pauses sync; the app asks for an explicit choice before connecting the library to a different account.
Gift links and websites
When you add a gift link, Apple's Link Presentation framework can contact that website for a title and preview image. Little Things does not attach a person's name, relationship notes, or other profile details to the request. A link you supply may itself contain identifiers, and website operators may receive normal network request information, such as your IP address and the requested URL. Their privacy practices apply when you visit or request their content.
Apple and device features
Reminder notifications may show a person's name and occasion. The birthday widget stores a limited snapshot in the app's shared device container. Siri and Shortcuts use the information needed for actions you request.
The share extension receives what you deliberately share from another app. It temporarily saves the reviewed gift link or birthday information and your selected person in the app's shared container for import. It does not copy your source-app history or retain raw webpage contents, calendar notes, locations, or attendees.
Optional App Lock uses Apple's device authentication. Little Things receives the authentication result, not your biometric information. App Lock protects the app interface; it does not change the content visible in notifications or widgets. Manage those surfaces in iOS Settings and your widget choices.
Retention and deletion
Your library remains until you remove its entries or its app storage. You can delete entries inside Little Things; deleting a person also removes that person's associated entries. If iCloud sync is enabled, changes are sent through iCloud when sync is available. Other devices and cloud copies may need time to receive a deletion.
Removing the app or disabling sync does not necessarily remove Apple-managed backups or an existing iCloud copy. Apple controls backup retention and iCloud account/storage management. We cannot view or delete your private library on your behalf.
Support messages and this website
If you email support, Cloudflare Email Routing processes and forwards your sender address, message, and attachments to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process this correspondence to deliver and protect the email service. We use it to answer your request and retain correspondence as needed to provide support. Avoid sending private library details that are not needed to explain the issue. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any required retention.
This website has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or forms. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including an IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time, to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from your Little Things library.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if the app's data practices change. For privacy questions or support, email support@itsthelittlethings.app.
