A little help.
For help with Little Things, email support@itsthelittlethings.app.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Little Things version, and a short description of what happened. The app version appears at the bottom of Settings. Use test names or cropped screenshots when possible; we do not need your full private library.
Getting started
Create a person in People, then add a gift idea, Little Detail, or important date. Upcoming brings saved occasions together. Settings also has a Getting Started guide.
Saving an idea from another app
After creating a person, share a web product link and choose Little Things from the iOS share sheet. Choose Gift Idea, review the title, select the person, and save. Open Little Things to import it. The source app decides what it makes available to share, so some items may not provide a compatible link or birthday.
Reminders and widgets
Choose reminder timing in Little Things Settings and allow notifications when asked. If reminders are blocked, review the app's notification permission in iOS Settings. You can add the birthday widget from your Home Screen's widget gallery. Notification and widget content can be visible outside the locked app.
iCloud sync
Sync is optional. When enabled, Settings shows its status and the latest successful sync time. Check that your iPhone is connected to the internet and signed into the intended iCloud account. Use the retry option if it is offered. A changed account requires an explicit choice before connecting your library to that account.
Turning sync off keeps your local library. Avoid removing the app to troubleshoot a library that exists only on that iPhone. We cannot access your private Apple database or recover a local copy on your behalf.
App Lock and privacy
App Lock uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode and locks the interface after one minute away. It does not hide notifications or widgets. Read the privacy policy for data storage, link previews, and deletion details.
